Nice shot, though (just a bit of constructive criticism I SWEAR!! :P) the model appears rather.. posed (for lack of a better word). Not sure if that was the intention, but if you want some more realism, have her moving away from the hand. Facial expression is great, just have her move her body a tad (like a shock reflex almost).

Anyhoo, thats my two cents on your page! Congrats on your pic making it to front page for photos!! :)
